Community Guidelines for Structured Obedience

These Community Guidelines are an integral part of our Terms of Service ("Terms"). By using Structured Obedience, you agree to abide by both our Terms of Service and these Community Guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination.

1. Our Core Principle: Sane, Safe, and Consensual Interactions

At Structured Obedience, we facilitate a space for individuals to explore consensual BDSM dynamics. The foundation of all interaction on this platform is that **any and all interactions between users of the site should be conducted in a sane, safe and consensual manner at all times.**

To elaborate on the consensual aspect:

Explicit: Consent must be clearly and unambiguously communicated. Silence, inaction, or assumptions are NOT consent.
Affirmative: Consent must be a positive agreement, given freely and enthusiastically.
Revocable: Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason. If consent is withdrawn (verbally, through a defined safeword, or by disengaging), the activity or interaction must immediately cease.
Ongoing: Consent should be continuously assessed and confirmed, especially during dynamic or evolving interactions.

Any activity or content that occurs without the explicit, affirmative, and ongoing consent of *all* involved parties is strictly prohibited.

2. Legality and Your Responsibility

While we promote consensual BDSM, **Structured Obedience does not condone, promote, or facilitate any activities that are illegal under applicable laws.**

Your Jurisdiction Matters: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all your interactions, role-play, and content are lawful in your respective jurisdiction, as well as in Quebec, Canada.
Illegal Content is Strictly Prohibited:
- **Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is absolutely forbidden.** We have a zero-tolerance policy and will immediately report any such content and user information to legal authorities.
- Content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, exploitation, actual non-consensual sexual acts, or other criminal offenses is strictly prohibited.
"Consent" Does Not Equal "Legal": Please understand that even if all parties consent, certain acts may still be illegal under the law (e.g., actual assault, fraud, or blackmail). You bear all legal responsibility for your actions.

3. Respectful Public Conduct

Our public forums, profiles, and general chat areas are visible to the entire community. Maintain a respectful and civil tone in these open spaces.

No Harassment or Bullying (Publicly): Do not engage in any form of genuine harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks directed at any user in public areas. While role-play of these themes may occur privately (with consent), public spaces aren't for this purpose.
Appropriate Language: Avoid excessive profanity, slurs, or overly explicit language that might be offensive to others who haven't consented to such a dynamic in a public setting.
No Spam or Advertising: Do not post unsolicited advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or excessive self-promotion in public areas.
No Graphic Content (Publicly): Do not post sexually explicit imagery, overly graphic descriptions of sexual acts, or highly sensitive BDSM content in public areas. This content is reserved for private, consensual spaces.
Protect Private Information: Do not share any private or personally identifiable information of other users (e.g., full names, addresses, phone numbers, real-world photos without explicit permission) in public areas.

4. Consensual Private Communication and Role-Play

Private messages and designated private chat rooms are intended for the exploration of consensual BDSM dynamics and role-play, provided all parties have explicitly agreed to the nature of the interaction.

"Unless Consented To By All Parties Involved": Within private communications, activities that might otherwise be considered objectionable (e.g., consensual "spankings," "bullying," "blackmail," "non-consensual" role-play in a consensual dynamic, or sexually explicit content) **are permissible as long as all parties have given their explicit, affirmative, and ongoing consent.**
Clear Boundaries: Before engaging in any intense or potentially triggering role-play, ensure you and your partner(s) have clearly discussed and agreed upon boundaries, safewords, and expectations.
Safewords and Stopping: Always respect a safeword or any request to stop. If a user expresses discomfort or withdraws consent, the interaction must cease immediately, without question or judgment.
Recording/Sharing Private Content: Do NOT record, screenshot, or share private conversations, photos, videos, or any other content from private interactions with third parties outside of the involved parties, **unless you have explicit, written consent from all individuals depicted or involved.**
No Impersonation: Don't impersonate other users or falsely represent your identity, even in private.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

We rely on our community to help maintain a safe and respectful environment.

How to Report: If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines or our Terms of Service, please report it immediately by contacting us at **privacy@structuredobedience.com**. Provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots or links if relevant.
Our Action: We'll investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action based on the severity and frequency of the violation. This may include:
- Issuing a warning.
- Temporarily suspending your account.
- Permanently terminating your account.
- Removing content.
- Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement (as outlined in our Terms of Service).
No Harassment via Reporting: Don't misuse the reporting system to harass other users or make false reports.

6. Account Security

Keep your password confidential.
Don't share your account with anyone else.
Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately.

7. Offline Interactions

Structured Obedience is an online platform. We don't facilitate or endorse offline meetings. If you choose to interact with other users outside of this platform, you do so entirely at your own risk. Structured Obedience isn't responsible for any harm or damages resulting from such offline interactions.

8. Changes to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. We'll notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated guidelines.
