                    <li>**Actually illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or sexually explicit *outside of mutually consented, clearly defined BDSM dynamics and role-play*.** Any content that depicts or promotes **non-consensual sexual acts, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content illegal under applicable law is strictly prohibited.**</li>
                    <li>Spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any form of unauthorized advertising or solicitation.</li>
                    <li>Infringing upon any third party's intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret) or rights of publicity or privacy.</li>
                    <li>False, misleading, or fraudulent.</li>
                    <li>Viruses, malware, or any other malicious code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.</li>
                </ul>
            </li>
            <li><strong>Manipulative Consent:</strong> Attempt to manipulate or coerce other users into engaging in activities, or use 'dark patterns' or deceptive tactics to obtain consent for interactions or content.</li>
            <li><strong>Impersonation:</strong> Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.</li>
            <li><strong>Interference:</strong> Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.</li>
            <li><strong>Data Harvesting:</strong> Scrape, collect, or store personal data about other users without their explicit consent or in violation of applicable privacy laws.</li>
            <li><strong>Violation of Policies:</strong> Violate any other policies posted on our website, including the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines (if applicable).</li>
            <li><strong>User Responsibility for Actions:</strong> You acknowledge and agree that Structured Obedience is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service, and that you interact with other users at your own risk.</li>

Structured Obedience disclaims all liability for any harm, injury, or damages arising from or related to offline interactions between users.</p>
